If you are a person who:

  • Has intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Has a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Has knowledge of the Internet and Email
  • Is highly organised
  • Has excellent time management skills
  • Has a high level of people skills
  • Has high level presentation and negotiation skills
  • Has a high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a very strong customer service focus
  • Has a proactive and diligent work ethic
  • Has the ability to prioritise
  • Has meticulous attention to detail
  • Is a strong team player

* Property Management experience and registration highly regarded however not essential.
